💡 In Brief: How DirectDemocracyS's Economics and Governance Works

    • Self-financing and Independence: We are financed exclusively through annual membership fees, advertising contracts, and our own economic activities, without any external interference or dependence on large capital.
    • Separation of Politics and Economics: Political accounts and activities are clearly separate from economic ones. However, our political organization is the gateway to everyone and receives only a small expense reimbursement for the services and technology it provides.
    • Collective and Inalienable Property: Those who join as official members possess individual, non-cumulative and non-transferable shares. No one can "buy" control of the system or manipulate our democracy from below.
    • Inclusivity and Social Justice: Free users do not pay and will never pay anything. Those under 31 pay half the price, and specific support with multi-year payments is available for those experiencing financial hardship.

📜 Read the full and detailed explanation

DirectDemocracyS bases its economic activities on self-financing, and its main revenues come from: the annual fees paid by all our users, except those with the free plan—who do not and will never have to pay anything—but also from our advertising contracts and, in part, from our economic activities.

We keep political activities separate from all other activities; in fact, we have separate bank accounts, but we must immediately clarify a concept that not everyone understands: you enter and exit our system through our political organization.

Anyone who joins us as an official member, who has paid their annual dues, who has volunteered to keep our enormous system running, and who is required to be present continuously (for volunteering, at least 20 minutes a day, with one or more logins per day, or, alternatively, at least 120 minutes per week, with one or more logins, on one or more days), as the collective owner of our entire system through a single, non-cumulative and non-transferable individual action, can request—and, if they meet all the requirements (accumulated individual and group points), can obtain—a system profile, linked to their personal profile, invisibly to humans (except for a few super-administrators in the special security group) and machines. The system profile allows its holder to invest in various activities: in our economic, financial, multimedia, information, communication, sports, and even social projects, such as our charitable foundation. Essentially, an entire universe of activities, with the sole obligation to regularly conduct political activities according to our implementing rules. Thanks to the management of our platforms, the essential identity verification service, and the power and space offered by our political organization, a small portion of the profits from other activities is redirected to our political organization as expense reimbursement. The percentages and amounts of this collaboration vary from year to year within the limits established by our fundamental rules.

Our political organization does not invest the money received in economic activities, and if we win the elections, our other activities will in no way be favored over those outside our system. The good laws we promulgate and our management of various institutions will always be in the best interests and for the defense of the entire world population, without any preference or discrimination. Only by doing good for the entire world population, with every vote we cast and every political activity, will it be possible to do good and defend the interests of every population, every continent, every country, and every other local, geographical, territorial, administrative, and electoral subdivision.

But let's talk about our annual fees.

First, we exclude all our free users, who will not pay any annual fee, and our test users (who only pay an escrow deposit), although we invite everyone to make voluntary donations using the donation forms found on our web pages.

We need to divide all other types of users into 6 categories, which are: guest users (who are in turn divided into various subcategories, such as individuals, commercial companies, public institutions, charitable foundations and others), who pay annual fees based on individual contracts with one of our guest contract groups.

From the following categories and types of users, the figures show differences between the quota for those who have already turned 31 and the quota for those who have not yet turned 31 (the latter pay half the value of the annual quota of those who have already turned 31).

Our lower-tier user category includes login users, partially verified users, and registered users, who pay annual fees of a few euros per year.

The next two are our higher-level user categories. These user categories have longer annual membership periods (which must still be paid in advance, with no refunds), with terms of 2, 3, or up to 4 years based on monthly income, to help those in greatest need. For information on these benefits for people in need, visit this informational article at the following link: https://free.directdemocracys.org/law/rules/all-our-rules/rules-for-help/help-people-in-difficulty

At the previous link, using the contact forms in the informational article, you can also request—and, if you meet all the requirements, you can receive—technological assistance for people in need, based on our availability.

Our registered users, with verified and guaranteed identities, who are part of our truly and fully shared leadership, and who can vote bindingly on our system on all our moderately important, important, very important, and fundamental decisions, pay 12.50 euros per year if they are 31 years old or older, and 6.25 euros per year if they are under 31.

The category of our official members, who are part of our truly and fully shared leadership, who can cast binding votes for our system on all our moderately important, major, very important, and fundamental decisions, but who also collectively own our entire system. Collective ownership makes our system impossible to manipulate, control, and corrupt. They pay 25 euros per year if they are 31 or older and 12.50 euros per year if they are under 31.

The following categories are representative and can be obtained free of charge, according to very detailed implementation rules, by all our official members who meet all the requirements. They include two new types of profiles, which can be used alternatively based on your wishes and needs.

Political representatives. Detailed information is available at this link: https://free.directdemocracys.org/law/rules/all-our-rules/rules-of-political-activities/request-for-political-profile

Official representatives. They officially represent our system internally, externally, or elsewhere.

Our system management category currently has 3 user types:

    • -Owners-
    • -Managers-
    • -Responsible-

Our system's control category currently has 2 types of users:

    • -Administrators-
    • -SuperAdministrators-

Finally, the last category of users is made up of all the creators, initiators, and guarantors of our system:

    • -Guarantors-

Anyone can join us according to our rules, and anyone who joins us with a higher user or official membership level, based on their time spent in our system and the points they've accumulated individually and in their groups, can move up to the highest category and level. If they don't follow the rules, they can move down from the highest level to the free level, or they can be blocked or kicked out. We have the same rules and the same opportunities for everyone to gain or lose any potential. Traditional hierarchies, also known as vertical or pyramidal power structures, are always balanced and integrated with our bottom-up power structure, also known as horizontal power structure, through group management and control. To better understand some of these hierarchies, we recommend carefully reading the informational article at this link: https://free.directdemocracys.org/law/rules/all-our-rules/all-group-rules/users-groups/each-user-s-groups

The article about our checkmarks can also inform you about some of our motivations, at this link: https://free.directdemocracys.org/law/rules/internal-regulation/checkmarks-rules/rules-for-checkmarks

As you may have noticed, DirectDemocracyS offers dozens of user types, divided into various categories, to meet every need, desire, and potential that every individual could desire. Changing and improving the world requires a resilient system architecture that, thanks to self-financing through annual fees, becomes a guarantee of freedom, security, economic stability, and an authentic, real, and continuous democracy for the good of all.

A minimal financial contribution, however, is reciprocated with services, greater potential, and a unique system that cannot be copied. Thanks to the people who join us every day with their annual dues, their tangible work, and their ongoing presence, DirectDemocracyS works and will continue to work seamlessly with hundreds, thousands, millions, billions, and even the entire population of the Earth. More people equal more annual dues, more tangible volunteer work, and more presence: in short, more people to do everything and fund everything.

Please note: In some countries, public contributions to politics exist. In these cases, all funds received will be managed by our national and local organizations based on the decisions of our users in the respective countries, and will be spent in a completely transparent manner, allowing anyone to verify how every single cent was spent.

Restricted Use: We would like to specify that public contributions received can never be transformed into personal profits or diverted to private economic activities within the system, but must remain exclusively tied to local political and institutional activities (e.g., information campaigns, organization of assemblies, management costs).

Digital Traceability (Open Data): Our system provides public financial statements that can be consulted on the platform by all members authorized by our accounting management groups (which all our official members can join), at all levels: international, continental, national, and local. We would like to point out that the statements will be published in real time (or periodically based on the decisions of the respective groups, which all our official members can join) through clear and verifiable reports, making the promise of "every cent verification" even more concrete and modern.
