We are here to help you, whether you are a visitor, a user or a member. Choose how: a chat with the Contact desk, a member who contacts you, or an assistance request. Members drawn by lot answer, in your language when possible.
Chat with the Contact desk
First introduce yourself and confirm your e-mail (or log in, or unlock your data with the code you received): then the chat opens, also on WhatsApp and Telegram.
A member contacts you
Are you joining us, or do you want advice? Tell us how you prefer to be contacted (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, video call, Social Area): a member drawn by lot writes to you first.
Assistance request
For a precise problem (account, identity, payments, technical, privacy), also as a visitor: a member drawn by lot answers you by e-mail.
Community chat
Log in to use the community chat with the other users (messages, files, group chats).

Your personal data is encrypted and is seen only by the member who helps you. The texts of the Contact desk are deleted after the days decided in the options.
